Todays service was excellent, the therapist was very helpful and thorough, everything I asked for to be adjusted or added was done. The therapist was extremely helpful in regards of the cushion, despite an initial mix up, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the chair and cushions.

Overall it was excellent service as she went through every thing very thoroughly and slow so my father could understand too as English is not his first language. Precious was very clear and patient with her instructions and explanations.
